The Blackthorn Rowstick can be used as an accessory device for our sling trainer aeroSling ELITE but can also be used with rubber resistance bands. It offers hundreds of new exercise possibilities. The Blackthorn Rowstick is ideal for exercising body and hands with rotational movements. You can even apply counter-weights, for instance, for performing the canoe-paddling exercise. You can attach the Blackthorn Rowstick with one or both ends to an aeroSling ELITE sling trainer, giving you countless training variations.
