The Hammer Head Anchor Gym is a wall-mounted, universal anchoring system designed to anchor important exercise tools including: (1) all types of resistance bands; (2) all brands of suspension straps; (3) stretch straps; and (4) large loop bands.
Using a single H2 unit mounted at seven feet or chest height, the Hammer Head Anchor Gym provides the platform for hundreds of exercises and a wide variety of very effective stretches.
And don’t let its modest size fool you. The Hammer Head Anchor Gym was designed to be extremely strong and is rated to 300 pounds of resistance.
The H2 single unit measures 2.5-inches (width) by 11.5-inches (height). The hooks extend three-inches from the wall.
Each H2 unit is mounted to weight bearing wall studs with 2.5-inch lag screws creating a safe anchoring platform for all of your exercise tools. The H2 can also be mounted to concrete, block or brick using anchor sleeve bolts.

Hammer Head Resistance Bands are premium dipped latex tubing. The seven bands include: (1) yellow rated 3 to 5 lbs; (2) red rated 5 to 8 lbs; (3) green rated 8 to 12 lbs; (4) blue 12 to 25 lbs; (5) purple rated 25 to 40 lbs; (6) gray rated 40 to 60 lbs; and (7) black rated 60 to 80 lbs. These weights give you key exercise options. The Hammer Head Suspension Strap is designed to be used with the Anchor Gym. It is made of 3,000 pound test polypropylene webbing. Both bands and strap come with six-inch wide comfort handles.
