The Hammer Head Anchor Gym CORE Configuration matched with a set of premium Hammer Head Resistance Bands makes a complete home gym. Supported by the Core Energy Fitness library of exercises and exercise programs. Exercise poster included.
Hammer Head Resistance Bands are premium dipped latex tubing. Comes with six-inch wide comfort handles. Eliminates strap chafing. Seven bands ranging from very light (yellow band rated from 2 to 5 lbs) to very heavy (black band rated from 60 to 80 lbs).
The Hammer Head Safety Hook (with t-bar tip) safely anchors all types of resistance bands, all brands of suspension straps, large loop bands and stretch straps. Delivers hundreds of exercise options.
