This fully adjustable Trainer has two workout Handles with built-in 1-1/2″ wide Foot Loops, and a separate Door Anchor. Use it indoors or outdoors, at home or on the road.
Thanks to the ingenious (and simple) Prusik knot, length adjustments are as simple as sliding the knot up and down the rope. Once one loads the knot (perform an exercise) the knot locks onto the Rope without slipping.

The Oblong Pad Eye Anchor is made out of Stainless Steel and has a working weight of 600 lbs.
The anchor plate and the screws are made out of stainless steel so you can keep it outside year round with out rusting. The Anchor Mount also includes 1 Carabiner to easily attach your Suspension Trainer.
The anchor system comes with one anchor plate, two 2-1/2″ screws (including 1 spare screw).

The Round Pad Eye Anchor is made out of Stainless Steel.

You can anchor your system on the door header or on the side of any rafter.
The ring anchor plate is made out of 2.00 mm sheet metal and a 7.0 mm 2 inch ring.
