Product Description
Our zafu is a round traditional meditation cushion with pleated sides. The cover is made of cotton twill fabric. The zafu is stuffed with buckwheat hulls. All our zafus are double-stitched for extra strength and come with a carrying handle. Each zafu is approximately 14″ in diameter and 7″ in height and weight 7 lbs.

Buckwheat zafu compresses very little with use. Like sitting in sand they will mold to your shape.
