Partial returns will not be accepted and merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. All returned items must be marked with an RMA# in order to be refunded.
Items being shipped back to us will be shipped at the cost of the customer, with the exception of broken merchandise and warehouse error. All returns are for refund only. Replacement orders must be ordered again as a new order.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns.
