Product Description
The Heart Block is a fulcrum over which your rib cage and shoulders can open. By pressing your upper spine into the center of your body, the Heart Block stretches your chest lengthwise, from neck to navel. Since the Heart Block is less than 4″ wide, it fits between your shoulder blades, so your chest also stretches from side to side.
These chest stretches deepen your breathing, soothe stress, cultivate lung tissue elasticity, optimize metabolism, develop spinal flexibility and counteract humpback (but probably won’t ensure eternal life!).
The Heart Block also stretches, tones and nourishes your abdominal organs, stimulates kidney circulation, and relieves menstrual cramps, heart burn, nausea and constipation. The Heart Block provides excellent support for deeper breathing.
We make a High Heart Block and a Low Heart Block. We recommend that you order the Low Heart Block, unless your spine is very flexible. The item pictured on this page is the low Heart Block.
Our Heart Blocks are made of solid mahogany. We round all edges and polish the Heart Block with a plant-based natural resin.
