Hammer Head Resistance Bands are premium dipped latex tubing. Three bands include: (1) red rated 5 to 8 lbs; (2) green rated 8 to 12 lbs; and (3) purple rated 25 to 40 lbs. These weights give you key training options. The Hammer Head Suspension Strap is designed to be used with the Anchor Gym. It is made of 3,000 pound test polypropylene webbing. Both bands and strap come with six-inch wide comfort handles.

Standard on the F2 and F7, the F5 optional shoulder-padded harness with a cross pattern distributes load evenly. It attaches to the low pulley cable ends to develop lower body strength, balance, and coordination.
