Widely used in Iyengar yoga classes, they come in a rainbow of colours and feature the original Iyengar metal sliding bar buckle, which can be used to adjust the length.
Belts are regularly used in poses such as paschimottanasana (forward bend) and gomukhasana (cow face pose) to extend and lengthen reach.
