CAP’s OSHW-300 Weight Set is for the experieced weight lifter. The perfect weight set for advanced weight training exercises and body sculpting. Made from solid cast iron. The set includes: 2- 2.5 lb, 4- 5 lb, 2- 10 lb, 2- 25 lb, 2- 35 lb, 2- 45 lb, 1- 7′ Olympic bar and 2 spring clip collars. The plates have large grip holes for easy handing. This allows easier access when moving or loading plates. Recommended weight capacity for the bar is 500 lbs.
