** Important Notice**
Each side of the tapping motor in this massager is equipped with its own auto shut-off safety device. When the massager exceeds working temperature, the safety device will automatically shut off the motor to ensure user’s safety and prevent damage to the unit. It is not a defect. Please unplug the power cord and allow the unit to cool for 15~20 minutes before turning it on again.
Please note that the tapping motor will not operate until the temperature has come down.
