These are detailed street maps of ALL of North America developed for use in the popular Garmin eTrex 20, eTrex 30, and many other Garmin units. You’ll get over 3.97GB of map data covering virtually all land areas of North America. The maps are provided on a new class-4 8GB microSD card, which has a minimum data transfer rating of 4 MB/s. Simply insert the microSD card into your GPS device and you’ll be ready to use these maps. These are seamless, full-color maps. Besides streets, thousands of points of interest are included, such as parks, museums, airports, hospitals, restaurants, and shops. The maps are compatible with Garmin’s driving-route navigation method, in which the GPS unit tells you when to turn right or left. Rerouting is automatic if you make a wrong turn.
These maps work in the eTrex 20, eTrex 30, Nuvi, Dakota, Oregon, GPSMAP 62, Legend HCx, and many Garmin mapping GPS units that accept 4GB or larger microSD cards or regular SD card. MicroSD-to-regular-SD adapter included. In some units, the map file will need to be renamed to “gmapsupp.img”.
