The Geomate Jr. GPS unit features a compass, and has the ability to set waypoint and navigate back to that point. It can also display latitude and longitudes for map use! This geocaching GPS unit is perfect for beginners and families: Simply turn it on, and you’re ready to begin your adventure! Follow the distance and arrow to the closest Geocache; the Geomate Jr. will display the 20 closest geocaches to your location. Worried about getting lost? Don’t! You can set and save your home waypoint with the Geomate Jr., so you can always find your way home. It also saves your found caches, so you can review your found list at any time! The Geomate Jr. includes 250,000 preloaded caches covering all 50 U.S. states (or your country). Cache info provided includes ID, size, terrain, and difficulty.
