Hammer Head Resistance Bands are premium dipped latex tubing. Comes with six-inch wide comfort handles. Three bands include: (1) red rated 5 to 8 lbs; (2) green rated 8 to 12 lbs; and (3) purple rated 25 to 40 lbs. These weights give you key training options.
