The Leg Extension is great when standing for right and left leg kickback exercises that work your hamstrings and calves. It also works from a seated position for traditional leg extensions that target your front quadriceps. Three separate resistance cords come with the Leg Extension attachment for challenging varied resistance. Also included is a padded Head Rest for extra support and comfort. .
