This 5000 Programmable Elliptical Trainer features mobile app tracking with Bluetooth. It is compatible with Apple iPhones and iPads and Android system smart phones and tablets, allowing you to track your workouts right on your handheld device. A programmable computer, a double transmission drive system, magnetic tension resistance via computer control and hand pulse sensors for targeting heart rate zones are provided on the 5000 Elliptical. Each elliptical exercise machine uses a natural, low-shock elliptical motion to protect joints. This machine can hold weights of up to 270 lbs. Its chain drive uses a two-way striding capability, allowing you to move backwards or forwards at will. An included water bottle holder makes it easy to stay hydrated when using the elliptical machine.
