Our zafu is a round traditional meditation cushion with pleated sides. The cover is made of cotton twill fabric. The zafu is stuffed with buckwheat hulls. All our zafus are double-stitched for extra strength and come with a carrying handle. Each zafu is approximately 15″ in diameter and 8″ in height and and weight 8 lbs. The standard buckwheat zafu is right for most people. Order this one if you really need a large and tall zafu.
