Comes with Pro AB Crunch Strap, biceps curl press bar, power weight bar, pull-up/push-up bar, sit-up cuff strap, heavy-duty squat board, independent twin handles, three- and four-point pulley system, and dual side glide board pulleys

Due to the free movement of the Pulley your core muscles are more challenged and trained than with standard Trainers. The instability will also ensue you use both sides of your body evenly. You can perform full-stretch see-saw exercises with our Pulley systems. No Cambuckles sliding over your arms!
Thanks to the ingenious (and simple) Prusik knot, length adjustments are as simple as sliding the knot up and down the rope. Once one loads the knot (perform an exercise) the knot locks onto the Rope without slipping. Take it to your local Gym and anchor it to their bar – fast and easy.
