Manduka LiveOn PLUSfoam Kids Yoga Mat, Sway, 3mm

Your yoga mat needs to keep you steady in your poses. Shiva Yoga Exercise Mat has optimal thickness to help achieve desired positions and comfortably cushions spine, hips, knees and elbows on hard floors. A standard yoga mat is about 1/8 inches thick, while Shiva Yoga Exercise Mat is 1/4 inches. A too thin mat and your knees and bum will get banged up, while a too thick yoga exercise mat can make it tougher for you to feel a powerful connection to the floor.
Shiva Yoga Exercise Mat is designed for calm and completely safe performance – elegant design inspires passion in its users. Yoga mats come in a variety of colors that are strong and vivacious, but not overpowering in their brightness. This well-made exercise mat will add comfort to your yoga workouts. And because of its high quality, this deluxe mat will last longer than most standard foam mats.
The luxury designed Shiva Yoga Exercise Mat is non toxic, don’t smell, very easy to clean, and produces exceptional resilience and incomparable cushioning. The material a yoga exercise mat is made of demands its structure, stickiness, eco-friendliness, sponginess and how it will wear over time. If you’re sensitive to latex; prevent natural rubber. Keep with the tried and sticky yoga mat made out of PVC – the Shiva Yoga Exercise Mat.
